Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?
A: We rent our properties on a first come first serve basis. If you want
to hold a place, you will need to put down a security deposit that is
equal to one month's rent.

Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
A: At no time can the security deposit be used as rent. At Orlando Cribs LLC,
before move in, we require a security deposit and first month's rent.

Q: How old do you have to be to apply?
A: Anyone over the age of 18 can apply. Anyone over 18 must fill out an application.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: Yes, the security deposit is refundable.

Q: Who needs a cosigner?
A: histAnyone who doesn’t meet the 3x monthly rent requirements
or has a previous eviction or no rental ory.

Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
A: Just click on the property that interests you and follow the directions to apply.

Q: How do I pay rent?
A: You can pay rent through check or money order. We also have an online
portal that allows payments online with credit card or direct deposit
through a bank account.

Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: Let us know! We have a non refundable pet deposit policy but it varies from owner to owner.

Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
A: If the roommate qualifies by themselves then they can stay,
if not, they may need a cosigner.

Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: Please give us 30-60 days notice. The sooner the better.

Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: We maintain the A/C, Refrigerator, Stove, and Dishwasher. We also handle
all repairs that are not the fault of the tenants.
